Just released to the UK market by IDEC Electronics of Basingstoke is the all new intelligent relay called 'SmartRelay'

Replacing conventional relays and timers it provides control functions for a variety of applications. Easily programmed from its built in display or from Windows software its use is simplicity itself. There are SmartRelay models for 12 and 24V DC, and 24 and 110/230V AC supplies. Six inputs and four outputs are provided or eight inputs and four outputs with two of the inputs selectable for digital or analogue.

Variants without the front control/display, with real time clock, plug in RAM or EPROM memory means the right model can be selected for each application at a cost-effective price.
